High-Stakes Reset
A 12-week 1:1 coaching intensive in The Grounded Leadership Method
This is a leadership reset for purpose-driven leaders navigating high-stakes decisions and sustained pressure — without losing their values (or themselves).
You’re building something you believe in or leading work that matters. But the stakes keep rising. Your decisions have consequences — and the pressure is pulling you away from how you want to lead.
Somewhere between managing your team, hitting targets, and trying to stay aligned with your values, you’ve started to feel like you’re only just holding it together.
You carry stress home.
You second-guess decisions you used to make with ease.
You avoid necessary conflict because you don’t have the bandwidth.
You’re over-functioning — and you’re starting to notice the cost.
There’s another way to lead.
“Jessica led our team with clarity, calm, and deep empathy, even in an exceptionally high-pressure and unpredictable work environment in Gaza. Her leadership style created trust and psychological safety, which allowed our team to perform effectively despite constant stress and constraints. ”

Right now: survival leadership
Decision fatigue and constant second-guessing
Over-functioning (carrying what should be shared)
Avoiding conflict until it escalates
Reactive stress responses (control / appeasing / withdrawal)
“Always-on” availability and blurred boundaries
After 12 weeks: grounded authority
Clear decisions with less internal friction
Boundaries that are respected — without guilt
Delegation that sticks (responsibility stays where it belongs)
Calm presence in emotionally charged moments
A team that holds pressure without “leaking” it upwards
The cost of inaction
Burnout accumulates and capacity shrinks
Creativity and strategic thinking drop (everything becomes urgent)
Morale erodes and your best people disengage or leave
Opportunities get missed because you’re stuck in execution mode
Growth might continue — but at an unsustainable personal and organisational cost
I’ve spent more than a decade leading humanitarian responses in Gaza, Syria and Yemen — navigating constant uncertainty, making decisions with real consequences, and learning what it actually takes to stay grounded when the stakes are high.
That experience taught me something that applies just as much to founders, managers, and senior leaders:
The leaders who last aren’t the ones who push harder. They’re the ones who learn to stay grounded, regulated, and clear — especially when the stakes rise.
Today, I bring that real-world leadership experience together with a trauma-informed, embodied approach (with certifications in psychodynamic coaching, somatic practice and breathwork) to support purpose-driven leaders to lead with calm authority — without burning out or compromising what matters.

Why now
With AI accelerating pace and complexity, leaders are being asked to make faster decisions with less certainty — often with less recovery time. Pressure is rising across organisations. High-Stakes Reset is designed for this: to help you stay clear and steady despite intensity.
And yes — this is about your wellbeing. But it’s also about your business.
Grounded leaders make better decisions, retain strong teams, and create cultures where growth is sustainable. When you’re not stuck in survival mode, you see opportunities others miss — and you lead in a way people can trust.
What changes (for you and your business):
Better decisions = better outcomes. Reactivity and second-guessing create hesitation and missed opportunities. Grounded leaders move decisively on what matters.
Teams that hold responsibility build momentum. When your team stops absorbing your stress and starts owning their work, performance improves and pressure doesn’t keep bottlenecking at you.
Retention protects your investment. Replacing senior talent is expensive — recruitment costs, lost momentum, and months of ramp-up. When people want to stay, culture and results compound.
Strategic thinking requires space. Survival mode keeps you stuck in execution. Grounded leadership restores clarity — so you can make moves that actually scale.
Trust = speed. When your team trusts your leadership, decisions move faster, communication gets clearer, and work flows — without adding chaos.
The cost of reactive leadership? Chronic stress narrows your field of vision. Your best people start quietly looking elsewhere. Values get compromised. And growth — if it happens — comes at an unsustainable cost.
This reset protects your business by protecting your capacity to lead it well.
Who this is for
This is for you if you’re a leader in an impact or purpose-driven business and:
You’re juggling high-stakes responsibility and feel stretched, stressed, or close to burnout
Imposter syndrome is getting louder as your visibility grows
You want growth in impact and revenue without sacrificing your health, relationships, or values
You’re building or leading a team and feel overwhelmed by the emotional load
You’re tired of “tips and tactics” that don’t hold under real pressure
If your work demands quick decisions, emotional steadiness, and the ability to hold uncertainty — you’re in the right place.
This isn’t generic leadership coaching, corporate wellbeing, or therapy.
It’s a personalised, trauma-informed, embodied approach for leaders operating under sustained demand — combining inner capacity-building with real-world leadership application — rooted in The Grounded Leadership Method.
I won’t tell you what to do. I’ll help you build the clarity and embodied confidence to lead from your own authority.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
It’s a calm, honest conversation to explore what you’re navigating, what kind of support would actually help, and whether High-Stakes Reset is the right fit.
No pressure. Just connection and clarity. -
No. High-Stakes Reset is coaching, not therapy. It’s trauma-informed and works with nervous system regulation and patterns under pressure, but it’s designed to support leadership, decision-making, and sustainable performance — not to treat mental health conditions.
-
Yes. This is for purpose-driven leaders in high-stakes roles — founders, senior leaders, and managers — especially if your work demands quick decisions, emotional steadiness, and the ability to hold uncertainty.
-
This work isn’t just strategy and skills. It includes practical leadership tools, but it also builds internal capacity — how you regulate stress, how you respond under pressure, and how you lead from grounded authority rather than survival patterns. The result is leadership that lasts, not performance that costs you.
-
You’ll have a 90-minute kick-off deep dive, then fortnightly 1:1 sessions (50–60 minutes), plus a closing integration session to consolidate what’s changed and make it sustainable. You’ll have a total of six 1:1 sessions and tools/resources between sessions.
-
Most clients integrate the work into real life as they lead — not as “extra homework.” You’ll have simple, tailored practices that support regulation and clarity, plus practical tools you can use immediately in meetings, decisions, and difficult conversations.
-
Yes. You’ll receive a small library of short, guided audio practices (e.g. breathwork and visualisation) to help you downshift stress, regain clarity, and prepare for high-stakes moments. All practices are trauma-informed, consent-led, and designed to be gentle and effective — not intense or forceful. I’ll also recommend specific tools depending on what you’re navigating.
-
You’ll have WhatsApp support (voice notes/messages) Monday–Friday for in-the-moment challenges. Note: this isn’t an emergency service. I respond within max. 24–48 hours (usually sooner), depending on workload, and messages sent over the weekend will be picked up the next working day.
-
No. Any group reset/breathwork sessions are optional. The core of the programme is 1:1 coaching, tailored to you. If breathwork supports you, we’ll use it. If not, we won’t.
-
Often, yes — because this work is designed for sustained pressure.
If you’re at the edge, we’ll focus on stabilising your nervous system, rebuilding capacity, and making leadership moves that reduce strain. If I think you need a different kind of support first, I’ll say so clearly. -
Yes. Your work, challenges, and context are held in confidence. This is a discreet space to think clearly, be honest, and lead without performing.
-
I ask for 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Changes within 24 hours (or missed sessions) are treated as a session used, because I hold the time for you.
That said, you have one grace reschedule during the 12-week container for when life genuinely happens. Any rescheduled session should ideally be used within 14 days to keep momentum.
-
The first start date is 9 March 2026. New cohorts open every 4 weeks, subject to availability.
-
Most clients experience clearer decision-making, stronger boundaries, and less reactivity under pressure — alongside leadership that feels more aligned and sustainable.
Outcomes are personal and context-dependent, so we’ll define what success looks like for you at the start, and track progress as we go.
